1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Monalisha Parajuli (“Consultant”) to the client (“Client”). By engaging in any service, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered

The Consultant offers digital consulting, website development, mobile app development, and project outsourcing. All services are customized to meet the specific needs of each Client.

3. Project Scope

A detailed scope of work will be shared and agreed upon before starting each project. Any changes or additional requirements may result in revised timelines or costs.

4. Payments

Clients agree to pay the full project amount as outlined in the invoice or proposal. Payment terms may vary by project but typically include a 50% upfront deposit and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise stated.

5. Revisions

Each service includes a limited number of revisions as specified in the agreement. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

6. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided based on the current workload and Client responsiveness. Delays in providing content, approvals, or feedback may affect delivery dates.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to necessary materials. Delays from the Client’s side may affect the outcome and timeline.

8. Confidentiality

All project-related information shared by the Client is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables. However, the Consultant reserves the right to showcase completed work in a personal portfolio or for promotional use unless otherwise requested.

10. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the project with written notice. In case of cancellation, the Client agrees to pay for any work completed up to that point.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Consultant is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered service or product. The total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed upon.
